Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and repairing issues with machinery, performing routine maintenance, and collaborating with team members to resolve more complex problems
- Testing products for functionality and quality.
- Performing preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Maintaining inventory of materials and spare parts.
- Preparing production documents, such as standard operating procedures.
- Adjusting equipment to ensure quality production.
- Troubleshooting, maintaining and servicing of all operations equipment i.e. Industrial Shrink wrappers, Industrial Shredders, Card Personalization machines and recording all incidence.
- Ensuring operations on-line targets are met by doing proactive work on the machines and keep the machine in the most efficient way for production while adhering to Health and Safety standards.
- Perform machine testing, calibration, and quality assurance before client delivery
- Keep detailed records of service activities, including repairs and parts used
- Offer technical guidance and troubleshooting support to machine operators as needed.
- Respond to maintenance requests by operators.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace.
- Conduct health and safety checks to ensure the machines are safe to use;
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to workshop regulations
- Other activities deemed necessary.
- Shift work required
- Be on standby when required
- Execute project given to you
- Assist with the training of machine operators on the use of the machine and health and safety techniques.
- Collaborate with production team members in relation to maintenance of equipment.
Education Requirements:
- S2, NTC4 or applicable trade test qualification or equivalent
Work Experience Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years technical background with experience in repairing, installing and maintaining production equipment.
- A strong understanding of mechanical and integrated electronic (Mechatronic) principles and the ability to work with tools and equipment.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment in a technician role.

- Basic administration skills.
- Knowledge industrial machine operation and maintenance best practices
- A strong understanding of mechanical and integrated electronic (Mechatronic) principles
Other:
- Shifts & overtime
- Signing of Corporate Code of Conduct and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
