Business Continuity Intern needed at Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited

Role Purpose    

• The intern will support the Business Continuity and Operational Resilience function within the Momentum Group. This role offers exposure to critical capabilities such as business continuity planning, operational resilience strategies, and IT risk management. Additionally, the intern will contribute to initiatives aimed at automating and digitalizing the function. The objective is to prepare the intern for a potential permanent position in the future.

Requirements    

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Risk Management, Business, or related field (master’s degree preferred) 
• Strong academic background aligned with practical experiences.
• Basic understanding of Business Continuity Management and IT Risk principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital tools for automation.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Assist in developing and maintaining Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Operational Resilience frameworks.
• Support IT Risk Management activities, including risk assessments and governance reporting.
• Participate in automation and digitalization projects to enhance resilience and continuity processes.
• Research emerging trends in business continuity, operational resilience, and IT risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in incident response exercises and post-event reviews to strengthen resilience capabilities.
