Responsibilities
- Control grist & product quality parameters
- Compile and execute milling & packaging shift plan and control wheat/maize intake & milling processes for shift
- Control raw material & finished stock levels & rotation for shift
- Control and optimise people, mill, machinery and equipment – also maintain the mill, machinery and equipment
- Ensure safety, health, hygiene and pest management and also manage team
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Four to Five years relevant Milling experience
- Qualification in Advanced Milling
- Knowledge of SAP System
- Health and Safety standards
