Job Summary

• This role involves managing all customer transactions accurately and efficiently for the TWK Outdoor store. The position is responsible for processing electronic payments, greeting customers, and issuing correct receipts.
• The successful candidate will also maintain a clean and orderly checkout area and assist with general store duties, including stocking shelves, pricing items, and conducting stock takes.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Process customer transactions accurately using card payment systems and scanners
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or exchanges as required
• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area
• Bag, box, and wrap merchandise
• Stock shelves and mark prices
• Participate in stock takes

Qualifications and Skills

• Matric / Grade 12 with Accounting and Mathematics as subjects
• Computer literate
• Previous cashier or retail experience (advantageous)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work accurately under pressure
• Valid Driver’s License (Code 08)
