Overview:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warranty Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing warranty claims and ensuring that all warranty-related issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
• This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Process warranty claims and documentation accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding warranty-related issues
• Maintain warranty records and documentation
• Follow up with customers and vendors to ensure timely resolution of warranty claims
• Assist in investigating and resolving warranty disputes
• Provide support to the warranty department as needed

Qualifications:

• Matric Certificate (Grade12) 
• experience in a similar role in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
