Requirements :

  • A Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent to matric.
  • Zero (0) to two (2) years’ experience in office administration.
  • A qualification in office administration or related field will be an added advantage.
  • COMPETENCIES: Computer literacy, typing skills, communication, organisational and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure.

Duties :

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support including document management, correspondence, office logistics, record keeping and support to the College Principal office.
