  • Mercedes-Benz South Africa (MBSA) is offering a unique development opportunity for recently qualified graduates, who desire to be an integral part of the MBSA talent pool.

What does the MBSA Graduate Development Programme offer?

What are the criteria?

  • Grade 12 – Matric
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification, with a minimum average pass mark 65%.
  • The requirement is to have a completed qualification.

Qualifications

Who can apply?

  • Candidates who have recently graduated within the last 3 years.
  • A South African Citizen.
  • Recently qualified graduates, (with a Diploma (NQF L6)/Degree or Advanced Diploma (NQFL7) or relevant equivalent Tertiary qualification), in the following career streams:
  • Information Technology or Computer Sciences
  • Accounting or Financial Management
  • Business Studies (Marketing and Sales related)
  • Business Management (Business Processes/ Project Management/ Business Administration/ Banking / Cost & Management / Customs / Tax)
  • Logistics Management
  • Data Science, Analytics and Informatics
  • Social Sciences and Business Management (Processes, Policy and Governance, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Sociology, Diversity studies)
  • LLB (1-year post admission experience)
