Job Description

• The role of a Teleconsultant is one that demands utmost professionalism, integrity and a customer-centric approach. 
• A Teleconsultant builds trust with their clients telephonically by engaging them in a respectful manner and ensuring they are offered financial products in line with their needs.
• As a Teleconsultant with Old Mutual, you will represent the ideals and values to which the company has subscribed for over 175 years – Integrity, Professionalism, Customer-first.
• Marketing Old Mutual products to new and existing clients telephonically, in line with the clients needs and financial goals, to enable positive financial futures and protection of assets and estate.
• As a financial services professional, you will be accountable for maintaining superior service delivery to your customers, through effective personal time and task management.

Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12
• A minimum of 1 year outbound call centre sales experience within the long term insurance industry
• Must have knowledge and experience within the OM Retail Mass Market
• Clear credit and criminal records
• Computer Literacy (MS Office)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
