Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Reading of work ticket orders to determine setup specifications and instructions
• Observe and monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and or adjustments 
• Perform daily and regular maintenance tasks 
• Maintain daily production records 
• Perform quality checks and ensure required tolerances 
• Set up and operate machine to perform DIE/cutting(punching), banding, boxing and shrink wrapping of printing products 
• Maintaining safe occupational health and safety standards 
• Ad-hoc tasks which include general housekeeping 
• Ensure correct stock levels are maintained 

Educational Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent 

Experience Requirements

• 1-2 years Blummer Operator working experience 
• 1-2 Years working experience in a Printing environment
