Au Pair | Claremont | R10 500 per month Job at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• Area: Claremont
• Children’s Ages: 5 year old and 8 year old – Girls
• More about the Girls: Both girls enjoy swimming. 8 year old is very active and outgoing. No TV during the week (unless they are sick or a special occasion), they both enjoy arts and crafts. Park is nearby; they love going there too.
• Working hours: Monday – Friday 07:30 – 08:15 and Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 12:30 – 17:30 and Friday: 12h30 – 13h00 (+- 20.25 hours per week)
• School holiday hours: Same as above / Slightly Flexible
• Duties: Take to school in the mornings, collect from school, take to extra-murals, assist with and supervise homework, run general family errands, Grocery shopping on your behalf, someone who can assist with meal preparation, assist with snacks and meals, engaging in intellectually stimulating play & activities with child, occasional babysitting and weekend work (by prior arrangement)
• Special Requirements: Just someone who is enthusiastic and full of energy! Someone who can maintain the same level of discipline.
• Start Date and contract term: February 2026 – permanent
• Salary: R10 500pm (Gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.76)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
