Afrikaans Homework Assistant / Tutor | Linden | R9000 – R10 000 per month Job at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• A family is looking for an AFRIKAANS speaking HOMEWORK ASSISTANT / TUTOR for their son
• Area: Linden
• Children’s Ages: Grade 11 – Boy (High Functioning Autism – struggles to organise himself and complete tasks. Just needs guidance to set a routine and complete his work)
• Working hours: Monday – Friday 15:00 – 17:00
• School holiday hours: Not required (Unpaid)
• Duties: Meet at home, Main focus will be to create a routine and ensure he sits down and completes his homework. Going over his work, ensure he is completing the work and answering any questions he may have to the best of the tutor’s knowledge. If there are any specific specialised subjects he is struggling with, an additional tutor will be brought in to assist with that specific need.
• Special Requirements: Afrikaans speaking candidate.
• Start Date and contract term: January – 2 year contract until he finishes Grade 12
• Salary: R9000 -R10 000pm (Gross, before deductions) 

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
