Detailed Responsibilities
- Process creditors payments- Trade Creditor (where there is a TP voucher/expense code) (Shared Services)
- Manage payments on the window and make sure these are paid on time.
- Manage payment process from beginning to end, make sure the payment gets released by checking the bank recon.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Qualification
- Grade 12 with Accounting as subject passed.
- Computer literate, specifically Excel.
Experience
- 3 years creditors experience essential.
Skills
Skills:
- Methodical, organised, disciplined and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Attention to detail, works well in a team environment, liaising with several different departments as well as external suppliers.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude.
