About the Role:

  • The position involves handling purchase orders, updating and loading supplier information on Oracle, and managing all purchase order queries. Additionally, the role includes running and distributing weekly reports.

Responsibilities:

  • PO creation and receipting
  • Running a weekly PO Distribution report
  • Attending to PO queries
  • Onboarding of New suppliers, re-activation and Adhoc suppliers
  • Supplier Database maintenance (collection of compliance docs i.e. B-BBEE, Tax docs)
  • Updating and consolidation of the Monthly B-BBEE spend report for all entities
  • Requesting and updating Contracts and Memos
  • Assist with special projects in Operations and testing of systems from time to time
  • Will be required to be an all-rounder in Procurement, must be able to follow directions thoroughly with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
  • Prioritize, organize and follow up
  • Assist with special projects in Operations and testing of systems from time to time

Qualifications: Supply Chain Management / Procurement / CIPS / Logistics and Finance Related.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills (writing and verbal)
  • Ability and desire to learn extremely fast
  • Oracle or any related ERP systems
