What you will be doing:

• Support monthly financial and valuation submissions using Chronograph and 73 Strings, ensuring accuracy and consistency with deal teams.
• Produce timely and accurate insights using Excel, Power Query, and other tools, leveraging Chronograph and 73 Strings for data consistency and automation.
• Maintain and enhance datasets, ensuring accuracy, governance, and alignment with the firm’s data architecture.
• Partner with Data & Analytics and Data Platform teams to improve integrations across systems like Snowflake, dbt, and PowerBI.
• Contribute to digital transformation by identifying process efficiencies and automation opportunities, participating in cross-functional data initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

What our client is looking for:

• A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial (E.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, etc.)
• A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• Background in Alternative Investments/Financial Services preferred.
• Experience with SQL and Excel.
• Experience with Portfolio Monitoring software (e.g., Chronograph, eFront PM, iLEVEL).
• Familiarity with Python, dbt, GitHub, Jira, Notion, PowerBI, or PowerPlatform.
• Experience implementing or maintaining data systems or new business processes.
