Responsibilities
Job Overview:
- A Stacker is responsible for stacking packed products, ensuring that the pallets and products confirm with food safety standards.
- Checking the printer for good working operation.
- Confirming good presentation of packed products.
- Checking pallet condition before use.
- Checking bags’ weight for manual recording.
- Checking correct product bar-code used.
- Ensuring barcoded products are neatly wrapped.
- Ensuring stacked pallets are straight and neat.
- Verifying wrapped product integrity.
- Reporting any non-conformances.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 Qualification.
- 12 months’ experience in a similar role within FMCG environment.
- Good understanding of Health and Safety standards.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
