About the Role
In this role you will support the Life & Health Claims and Underwriting teams where you will help our experts by performing the following:
- Accurate data capturing and case induction
- Liaising with clients and various role-players to ensure process is followed and provide excellent client service
- Underwriting and claims case allocation, tracking and reporting
- Maintain set-standards and targets
- Life Guide and Claims Guide role allocation and password management
- SharePoint updates and UCR administration duties
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations, client resource material, hand-outs.
- Seminar and event coordination
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
About You

- You should be adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and possess excellent attention to detail. Flexibility and the ability to think independently will help you succeed in this role.
We would like you to have:
- Minimum Bachelors degree, Diploma or Higher certificate in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior work experience
