• Roll-on/off of resources to the project
• Monthly EVT Audit reports and updates to tool
• Ad-hoc invoicing and Ariba PO creation
• Meeting Room Bookings and Catering arrangements
• Project Admin (Leave roster / Birthday list / Flowers etc)
• Townhall preparations
• Client Meetings (Invites / prep calls / minutes)
• Client Data Protection Controls
• Ad-hoc Audit support
• Operations PMO Initiatives (Engagement activities / Training follow up, etc)

Qualifications

• Matric and Ops experience

Qualifications

• Grade 12

Experience

• 3 to 4 years experience in a project management customer service supply chain environment
