Job Description
- Our client, a well-established quantity surveying consultancy based in Cape Town, is seeking a Candidate Quantity Surveyor to join their professional team.
- With a current focus on high-end residential projects, this is an excellent opportunity for a developing QS professional to gain valuable experience on prestigious developments while working towards professional registration.
Preference will be given to candidates already located in Cape Town.

Requirements:
- BSc Quantity Surveying
- Currently registered and in good standing with SACQSP
- 2-3 years of quantity surveying experience
- Experience in a consulting QS practice or contractor environment
- Exposure to a range of project types
- High-end residential project experience advantageous
- Experience with residential developments, luxury homes, or quality construction
- Proficiency in Quantity Surveying software platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite capabilities
