Sales Trainee Programme

• This programme is designed to develop future Sales Executives through hands-on experience, structured training, and mentorship within a leading global automotive brand.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in the Hyundai Sales Trainee Programme
• Learn vehicle product knowledge and sales techniques
• Support Sales Executives with customer interactions and sales processes
• Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions
• Maintain showroom standards and uphold the Hyundai brand
• Build strong customer relationships and achieve training objectives

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric)
• Valid driver’s licence
• Strong interest in a career in automotive sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target driven
• Professional attitude and presentation

Advantageous:

• Sales or customer service experience | Degree or Diploma
