Job requirements

• Must not have worked at any insurance company
• Own Transport and a valid Driver’s license is a must
• Unemployed People between the ages of 30 – 50
• South African Citizens
• Must be in possession of an accredited Matric Certificate with a minimum 50% score on Math’s/ Math’s Literacy and English
• Minimum qualification is Matric Certificate or NQF Level 4
• Must be based in Gauteng
• Entrepreneurship skills added advantage
• We are looking to employ Tied Internal Brokers to introduce short-term products to potential customers in the SMME market

Responsibilities

• Researching competing products
• Identifying opportunities to increase prospects
• Assisting in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans.
• Answer customers’ questions regarding product pricing, availability, features, and benefits.
• Strong negotiation skills and convince customers to purchase our company products whilst working under supervision.
• Exceptional customer service and ensure that purchased products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.
• Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.
• Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.
• Demonstrating product features to customers.
• Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products.
• Completing quotations and submitting them for processing.
• Attending trade shows and other industry-related events.
• Completing regular productivity reports specifying the number of proposals.
