Minimum Requirements

• BEng Degree or BCom Degree with strong quantitative / analytical subjects (e.g. Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data/Analytics, Finance, Economics)
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Interest in applying analytical thinking to marketing, promotions and retail performance
• Willingness to job rotate and work across business units and locations as required
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced retail environment

Key Learning Areas

• Learn how to manage yourself, collaborate effectively, and contribute within cross-functional teams
• Gain a deep understanding of retail operations and how data, promotions and marketing decisions drive performance
• Support the analysis of promotional effectiveness, customer behaviour and campaign performance
• Assist with planning, execution and post-analysis of in-store and digital promotions
• Contribute to content creation and basic design for marketing communication (where required)
• Apply engineering-style thinking to improve processes, layouts, communication efficiency and campaign outcomes
• Gain real-world experience in a high-volume, data-driven retail environment

Advantageous Skills (Differentiator)

• Flair or interest in marketing, branding and promotions
• Basic design capability (Canva, Adobe Illustrator/InDesign,or similar)
• Interest in digital marketing, social media, or customer communication
• Strong Excel / reporting / data interpretation skills
• Ability to translate data insights into clear, practical communication
