Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth within our Human Resources and Recruitment Consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing a strong sales pipeline, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
• This position is based in East London
• Experience within a Human Resources, Recruitment, Placement, or Training environment will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies
• Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and clients
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with internal recruitment and HR teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Track sales performance and provide regular reporting to management

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior business development or sales role
• Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies and manage a sales pipeline
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Experience within a Human Resources, recruitment, placement, or training environment (advantageous)
• Solid understanding of HR and recruitment services (advantageous)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong planning, organisational, and reporting skills
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (essential)
