Key Responsibilities

  • Execute international trade marketing plans across on-premises and off-premises channels
  • Bring disruptive brand ideas to life through activations, tastings, menu placements, and trade moments
  • Support rollout of global trade calendars across export markets
  • Develop and manage POS and trade assets that break category norms
  • Build clear, execution-ready toolkits for distributors and international sales teams
  • Support international launches with bold sell-in and activation plans
  • Track execution quality, performance, and ROI across markets
  • Act as a connector between brand ambition and in-market reality
  • Feed market insights back into brand and commercial strategy

Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years’ experience in trade marketing, brand activation, or commercial marketing
  • Experience in spirits, wine, beer, or premium FMCG preferred
  • Highly driven, curious, and execution-obsessed
  • Comfortable challenging “how it’s always been done”
  • Thrives in fast-moving, founder-led environments
  • Based in Cape Town with willingness to travel internationally
