Legal Officer: Litigation – National Office Job at The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration

Purpose:
- To enhance the delivery of timeous and quality services of the Legal Services Unit of the CCMA by providing support to the Litigation sub-unit within the Unit.
Key Performance Areas:-
- Management of Reviews and other litigation processes
- Court Appearances
- Drafting and service of instructions and legal documents
- Litigation Administration and record keeping
- Reporting
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring outcomes of review judgments pertaining to the CCMA
Key Requirements:
- LLB degree or equivalent
- Admission as attorney preferable
- 1-3 years’ relevant working experience in a Legal environment
- Functional knowledge of the South African Labour Law
