Job Description

Responsibilities
- Proven experience in IT support, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and retail-specific applications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering a high-quality service.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Must be able to engage with store on-site resources, mall management, and third-party vendors.
Qualifications
- IT Qualification or certification.
- 2 years’ IT experience setting up/working with the following:
- Peripheral devices e.g., card machines and iPad’s
- Point of Sale hardware & software
- General Networking (Routers, switches)
- Project management and ability to work within deadlines.
- Preventative Maintenance in the Store network.
- Great communication(telephone etiquette), admin & documentation skills
- Nice to have: Familiarity with mobile devices, digital displays, and customer engagement technologies. Experience in conducting technology training sessions and creating user documentation is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or similar certifications are desirable.
