Used Bikes Sales Manager needed at Astor Automotive Recruitment

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the sales of a variety of used bikes, including KTM, Suzuki, BMW, Yamaha and Husqvarna.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and build long-term relationships with clients.

Essential Job Requirements

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Motorcycle license is ESSENTIAL
• Proven experience in sales management within the used motorcycle industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Motorcycle pricing and valuations
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with the Cape Town motorcycle market and customer preferences.
