Crane Driver needed at Sappi

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily safety checks on crane equipment.
• Operate mobile cranes to move materials safely.
• Follow load charts and manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance.
• Comply with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Report issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure job sites are prepared for crane operations.
• Assist with rigging work and hold valid forklift and overhead crane licenses.

 What are we looking for?

• Proven experience operating loading machines.
• Valid Code 14 License.
• 25-100 Ton Crane License.
• Valid PDP (PrDP).
• Grade 12/ N3 (Mathematics and Science) qualification.
