Debriefer needed at Value Logistics

Purpose of the Job

• Ensure that delivery trip sheets, POD and drivers are debriefed according to the Value Procedure. Reporting of driver incidents/accidents to Branch/Operations Manager. Report vehicle damages to the dedicated distribution manager.

Key Responsibilities 

Operational

• Debriefing of drivers
• Checking trip sheet against tracking for unscheduled stops
• Receiving of vehicle keys
• Checking PODs for any discrepancies (shortages etc.)
• Allocation is done on Trackmatic
• Trackmatic debriefing
• Management of Handheld Devices

Administration

• Preparation of the next day’s delivery paperwork
• Assigning of collections
• Assigning with seals for seal-to-seal procedures

Customer service

• Customer relations ensure that debriefing is always up to the required standard

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Computer literate (MS Word, excel, outlook, etc.)
• Must possess sound local geographical knowledge
• Good written and oral communication skills
