Dimensions Clerk needed at Value Logistics

Purpose of the Job

• Verifying and approving of dimensions.

Key Responsibilities 

• Approvals of products on the system
• Loading of products on the system
• Loading of drivers and deactivating of drivers on the system
• Loading of Vehicles on the system
• Preparing templates for master uploads
• Extracting product masters from the system
• Measuring of product
• After-hours assistance
• Any duty which compliments the functioning of the department
• Meeting deadlines
• All products / Drivers/ Vehicles to be approved and loaded before close of business each day
• Meeting deadlines
• Maintain professional conduct
• Assist in relevant operations/operational functions as required
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained
• Ensure Health and Safety requirements are adhered to

 Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Own transport
• MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
•  Skills Required
• Understand administrative processes in the department
• Deadline-driven and accurate
• Good communication skills
• Able to function independently
