• NQF4 Qualification in Construction
• 5+ years’ experience in a Civil Construction environment
• Intricate production knowledge and experience in this role on a construction site
• Medically fit – must pass an entry medical assessment
• Assertive
• Technical orientated
• Fast pace and detailed orientated

Primary Duties

• Meet and exceed site production outputs to specifications
• Plan, monitor evaluate operational performances, resources and processes
• Supervisory responsibilities where required
• Monitor and control material usage and wastage
• Handle on-site problem-solving and decision-making
• Communicate effectively with team members
