Business Development Manager needed at Pollock & Associates

• An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join a growing business supplying the retail hardware market. This role would suit a young, bright, and eager-to-learn candidate with experience from either the building and construction industry or plumbing supplies sector.
• You will be responsible for calling on retail hardware stores, managing relationships, and ensuring customers receive exceptional support and service. This is not a hard-sell environment; all processes are in place, and the role centres on understanding customer needs, ensuring product availability, and providing care and attention.
• The focus will be on marketing and selling drainage products while fostering long-term partnerships.

Essential Requirements

• Grade 12
• Sales qualification will be an added advantage
• Background in either the building & construction industry or plumbing supplies (essential).
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Service-driven mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow within the role.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
