Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include;

• Leading the Transactional Banking Sales function across all South African regions, focusing on the Business Banking Segment.
• Developing and implementing a robust sales execution strategy that aligns with the overall Transactional Banking objectives.
• Delivering innovative Transactional Banking solutions, adding value in all customer interactions.
• Instilling best-in-class sales practices within the team to maximize sales success.
• Expanding the scope of the sales effort to cover Customer Value Propositions (CVPs), client solutions and structuring, pricing, deal support, credit risk management, relationship management, product onboarding, impairments, and marketing.
• Optimizing and develop the team through skills development in cash management, trade & working capital, leadership practices, and relationship management.
• Managing stakeholder relationships across the bank to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales model and optimal access to clients.
• Driving thought leadership across sectors, segments, and geographies.
