Role overview:

  • Conduct thorough job analysis and skills gap assessments to identify key competencies and qualifications required for each position.
  • Use various sourcing channels (social media, professional networks, internal recruitment platform (Breezy), LinkedIn, Pnet, recruitment agencies etc), referrals, etc. to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
  • Review CVs to assess candidate qualifications, experience and match them with job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely and efficient candidate engagement.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidate performance and suitability based on established selection criteria
  • Facilitate job offer negotiations, working closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks (MIE), assessments (PI), and reference checks
  • Prepare on boarding pack for new hires

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Relevant Human Resources / Talent Acquisition qualification
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communicator with a sense of urgency to reach deadlines
