Job Description
- As a Senior Financial Manager, you will play a critical role in the financial health and growth of the Organization.
- You will oversee financial operations across South Africa, Kenya, and Nigeria, ensuring compliance with local and international financial and tax regulations.
- Working closely with the Financial Director, you will lead a team of finance professionals and collaborate with other departments to drive strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with the company’s goals.
- Oversee financial operations in South Africa, Kenya, and Nigeria, ensuring efficient financial management and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Finance & Operations Director to optimize financial performance and strategic position
- Manage, mentor, and lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with the Finance & Operations Director to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations and standards in all operating regions.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including artists, producers, and distributors

Who you are:
- Chartered Accountant
- A minimum of 5 years of financial management experience, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements in South Africa, Kenya, and Nigeria.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively across departments and regions
