Key Responsibilities
- Monitor integration systems to ensure successful transmissions and promptly address any production issues as they arise.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide first-line resolution for technical integration issues.
- Contact second-line support (AIT standby) if issues cannot be resolved within a specified timeframe.
- Log incidents using the appropriate toolset to ensure all issues are documented and tracked.
- Escalate incidents that may exceed SLA limits and ensure timely resolution within the agreed SLA.
- Generate detailed daily incident reports, summarizing any issues encountered and their resolutions.
- Contribute to maintaining up-to-date support procedures and building a knowledge base of incidents and resolutions.
- Identify opportunities for service improvements within the operational environment.
Non-Negotiables
- Understanding of the organization’s integration environment is advantageous.
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of both Windows and Unix operating systems.
- Exposure to relational databases such as SQL Server and Oracle is a plus.
- Willingness to work shifts.
- Basic familiarity with IBM WebSphere technologies.
- Enjoy working in a technical environment.
- Strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Minimum Requirements
- +5 years of experience
- Experience in a Windows server environment
- Experience in a UNIX environment
- Experience working in an IT integration environment
- Knowledge of SQL Scripting
- Exposure to WebSphere suite
- Exposure to MQ technologies
- Exposure to Cloud (AWS) technologies
