Role Description

• The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, construction management, and project management.
• Able to perform overall project management on site.

Experience:

• 7+ Years of Experience within the Civil /Roads Engineering Industry
• Have completed 5 + or more Roads projects over the value of R 40 000 000.00
• Roads & Routine Road Maintenance experience.
• SACPCMP Reg as a Professional is a must

Qualifications

• Project Coordination and Project Management skills
• Construction Project Management and Construction Management skills
• Budgeting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competent with MS projects/ Excel/ Word and power point
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
• Experience in the construction industry is required
• National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Certifications in Project Management, SACPCMP Construction Management, or related fields are a BONUS
