Manager Commercial Vehicles-Head Office needed at Motus Holdings Limited

Specific Role Responsibilities

Product Planning

Give strategic input with the ordering of stock taking into consideration the following:

• Lead times
• Model mix
• Market trends
• Demand cycles.
• Compile competitor comparisons
• Determine the order specification detail for new or additional models.  

Marketing

• Interact with the marketing department and ensure that key selling points are communicated in all marketing material.
• Assist in formulating retail promotions on an adhoc basis.
• Compile and maintain database of EX8 owners to be used for direct marketing activities.
• Compile presentations for new model launches to media and customers.

Sales

• Ensure that the dealers have dedicated commercial vehicle sales staff.
• Co ordinate and assist in sales and product training for the Sales Managers and sales staff.
• Assist in following up on sales leads Visit EX8 customers
• Ensure that the commercial dealers carry the correct demo and stock units
• Attend quarterly FML meetings to drive business.
• Develop and manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and pricing strategies to clients.

Customer Service:

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to commercial vehicle services.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote commercial vehicle services.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12.
• B degree in Business Management / marketing
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial vehicles sales.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and inspections.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
