Warehouse Receiving Storeman (Hyundai Retail Parts Distribution Centre) needed at Motus Holdings Limited

Specific Role Responsibilities

• Check all goods received to be correct as per invoice.
• Ensure no goods are be accepted if damaged or incorrect.
• Load all discrepancies within deadline.
• Ensure all invoices are costed and received and binned.
• Ensure the highest standard of neat housekeeping.
• Conduct daily perpetual stock counts.
• From time to time to assist in other areas of warehouse operations.
• Report any irregularities to the Parts Manager immediately.
• Manage all discrepancies and ensure a daily report on all goods received that are incorrect or damaged.
• Accept and inspect all goods returned for credit and to bin accurately.
• Ensure all deadlines are met in terms of claims and binning of parts.
• Ensure all warehouse staff are performing their daily duties.
• Weekly bin checks and maintenance if necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• 2-5 years experience in similar role
• A valid driver’s license
• Experience within automotive advantageous
