Internship Opportunity – Recruitment Graduate needed at GBS

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule interviews to connect top talent with exciting opportunities.
• Upload applications into our application management tool for a seamless process.
• Create personnel employee packs to ensure new hires are ready to go.
• File documentation to maintain organized records.
• Assist with general office admin functions to keep operations smooth.
• Provide ongoing support to the Talent team in attracting and retaining the best talent!

Minimum Requirements:

• A 3-year National Diploma, Degree, or Honours Degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial Psychology from a recognized public tertiary institution.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Must be a South African citizen, aged between 18-35 years.
• Computer literate with fluency in English.
• Must reside in or around KwaZulu-Natal (KZN).
• Not currently employed or participating in any learnership or internship programme.
• Must not have previously completed an internship (SETA/Government).
