What you’ll be doing:
- Speak to and engage customers from across the UK who need to move larger than parcel items/full house moves and sell the benefits of AnyVan products and services that can meet their needs
- Build rapport, upsell, and close deals by effectively communicating the value of AnyVan’s services
- Work with a range of warm leads and manage your daily activities to ensure you meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for call volumes, conversion rates, and revenue generation
- Collaborate with your manager to optimise sales strategies
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement
Skills and experience you’ll need to be successful in the role
- Sales experience with a proven track record closing deals and consistently meeting targets
- The ability to build rapport, engage and close customers over the phone
- Strong active listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Resilient with a positive outlook
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal English Language skills
