- The role demands expertise in reliability-centred maintenance, preventative maintenance planning, and effective management of both planned and unplanned downtime. You will also be responsible for scheduling statutory inspections, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing external contractors.
- You must demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, financial management, and decision-making abilities. You should excel in communication, delegation, and conflict resolution, with a proven track record of achieving targets within required timeframes while maintaining a high level of safety and operational efficiency.
