Qualification, Skills & Experience
- Matric qualification with relevant tertiary sales training
- Proven KAM experience in the Print/Packaging industry
- Preferably, qualifications/courses in Print & Packaging
- Strong knowledge of Packaging in agricultural, construction, manufacturing, mining, & transport sectors
- Understanding of Production & Operational workflows, applying innovative techniques for key account maintenance
- Ability to generate innovative solutions exceeding client expectations
- Passion for the packaging industry and creativity in problem-solving
- Adaptability and willingness to seek continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software,
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Strong negotiation, time management, and presentation skills
- Capability to manage multiple client accounts, handle sales life cycle, and address customer complaints tactfully.
