The Role:

  • We’re seeking a Head of Product with a unique blend of talents in product development, customer success, growth and conversion optimization. Your goal will be to lead our product development & optimize conversion rates through data-driven growth strategies, while helping to reduce the customer contact ratio.

Your Mission:

  • Spearhead the development of new features and gamification strategies to boost user retention and conversion.
  • Design and implement a wide array of A/B tests to boost conversion rates.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform product decisions and A/B testing for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate growth strategies into our product.
  • Work with the customer support team to integrate customer feedback into product enhancements & reduce the customer contact ratio.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product team & vision.
  • Drive the implementation of A/B testing to optimize key metrics.
  • Work closely with the data team to implement accurate & reliable data dashboards
  • Analyze data, interpret test results and implement data-driven decisions.
  • Analyze customer support trends to develop preemptive solutions for common issues.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate growth strategies and user feedback into the product.
  • Manage resources effectively, balancing multiple projects to achieve targeted outcomes.
  • Drive gamification strategies to enhance user engagement and learning experience.
  • User interviews & user surveys

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in Product Management
  • Proven track record in executing successful A/B testing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading product development and customer success strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in customer success methodologies, product management principles, and A/B testing for optimizing key metrics.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and remote team management.

Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in SaaS product management and customer success roles.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, data analysis, and customer support methodologies.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Technical proficiency, particularly in product user experience and functionality.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools like Google Analytics/Mixpanel/Amplitude/Looker & excel.

Strongly Preferred:

  • Experience in crypto & trading.
  • Experience in EduTech.
