Duties and Responsibilities:
- Bill of costs & Preparation of Pro-forma Invoices
- Amendment to Contract Forms, filing and capturing
- Follow up of pending payments (Finance Query Pending)
- Allocation of Pre-registration fees, Capturing of App and Pre-Registration Fees
- Receiving and receipting of Debit & Credit Card Payments
- Verify debit order details on student contracts, capturing of details on system
- Contact students with overdue accounts and missing information or payments to secure registrations
- Identify student Application numbers and linking to Student numbers
Competencies Required:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, professional telephone personality
- Computer proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Teams)
- Excellent time management skills
- Finance acumen
- Best suited to a friendly, organised, and systematic person who has an eye for detail and who works accurately and can handle pressure
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Matric or Certificate
- Diploma in Finance will be advantageous
Minimum Work Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years relevant (Admin/Finance) working experience.
- Must be computer literate (Word & Excel)
- Previous finance experience will be advantageous
