About the job
What will you do?
- Conduct risk assessments, analysis, and reporting. Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
- Monitor and review risk management processes. Provide recommendations for risk treatment and mitigation. Develop and track key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Specific deliverables:
Continuous improvement:
- Analyse risk incidents logged, identify problems and develop and propose solutions to present to appropriate leader or stakeholders
- Knowledge management:
- Issue timely and comprehensive risk reports on a monthly basis to internal stakeholders
- Specialist support to projects:
- Schedule and perform risk assessments in area of responsibility
- Assist business in setting action plans to address risk
- Drive customer centricity:
- Understand interdependence of different systems and processes in area of specialisation and department
- Manage the risk registers for area of responsibility and assist Risk Champions with addressing efficiency and compliance and quality objectives
Qualification and Experience
- Experience: 5 + Years’ experience in Risk Management and exposure to the risk management environment.
- Data Analysis/Governance
- CURA Risk Management System.
- Exposure/experience in Power BI
Qualifications: Business degree (Risk Management Advantageous)
- Professional membership: IRMSA
