Key Responsibilities
- Plan and assign Assurance staff on assignments using Retain software system
- Liaise with staff and Directors / Managers regarding staffing and handle all queries thereof.
- Ensure that all jobs are staffed effectively
- Source staff for Assurance managers – Local & National.
- Leave management for all staff in the group.
- Implement & follow all operational processes, including bi weekly operational meetings.
- Engage with Resource Planners locally, nationally and across Service Lines re: opportunities and potential secondments for Assurance staff
- Reporting: planned vs. chargeable analysis, timesheet summary, individual month to date and year to date productivity, etc.
- Monitor register of unassigned staff and facilitate their assignment to clients
- Major clients: Directors, Commercial Senior Managers, Senior Managers and Managers
Qualifications & Experience
- Administration Diploma (preferable).
- 3 – 5yrs administration experience in a corporate / professional services project environment.

- Good admin skills.
- Strong on MS Excel.
