What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
- As the Site Construction Quality Manager, you’ll ensure that all project specifications, designs, and quality standards are rigorously implemented and maintained.
- You’ll regularly inspect and test project components to ensure compliance and oversee contractors to ensure their operations meet the necessary standards.
- You’ll also be responsible for developing and maintaining the Project Quality Plan, reviewing documentation, and addressing any non-conformities or quality issues that arise. Conducting audits, tracking supplier performance, and providing monthly reports will keep you engaged in ensuring seamless project execution.

What you’ll need
- You’ll need a strong background in quality management, including ISO 9001 and Six Sigma certifications.
- Experience as a Quality Manager on renewable energy projects is a must, with a deep understanding of project execution in this sector.
- You should be a proactive team player, detail-oriented, and fluent in English, with excellent communication and report-writing skills. Being well-versed in MS Office, SharePoint, and ThinkProjects is also essential.
