- You’ll perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot and repair systems, ensuring optimal equipment performance.
- Regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide product support will be part of your daily duties.
- You will also be involved in training customers on equipment best practices and safety procedures.
- The role includes building electric panels and maintaining accurate service records, providing a balance of hands-on technical work and client interaction.

What you’ll need
- To be successful in this role, you should hold as a minimum a N4 qualification in Electric or Instrumentation and proven experience as a Field Service Technician.
- You need to be skilled in PLC and Scada systems, with excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently while managing your time efficiently.
- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for site visits are required.
- Candidates with experience in electric panel building and fault-finding will be highly regarded.
