Description
- Responsible for receiving of samples.
- Verify that the sample descriptions match the request forms and ensure all required information is accurately completed and signed by the client.
- Timeous and accurate logging of samples onto the LIMS system.
- Ensure proper matching of the unique LIMS ID to the correct sample by labelling both the sample and the corresponding request form, including for shelf-life samples and their collection.
- Responsible for organising and managing documentation related to sample testing and invoicing, including filing, copying, and scanning forms.
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
