Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• 1 to 2 years experience in retail payroll administration
• Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
• Intermediate computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Sage People 300 & ESS
• Time & Attendance Administration. Jarrison Time Knowledge advantageous.
• Drivers licence advantageous.

Responsibilities;

• Administrative Control of Time & Attendance
• Training of new Jarrison Administrators in the business.
• Liasing with service providers and inhouse IT for problem solving & new store set up.
• Daily verify and review time and attendance reports.
• Extract weekly / monthly payroll reports.
• Import / export payroll data.
• Prepare and process weekly payroll.
• Draft employment contracts for Casuals and Permanent Employees
• General administration and filing
